Winner of a 2016 Good Food Award and Finalist in the 2015 Good Food Awards, this bar embodies the unique flavors that Madagascar cacao is famous for. The beans come from the Akesson Plantation in the Sambirano region, where terrior and post-harvest fermentation and drying work together to produce beans with a multitude of complex flavors found only in beans from Madagascar.
